Withdraw Your Funds

Learn how to withdraw funds from Yellow, including when you need to transfer assets back to your Account Balance before sending them to an external wallet.

This guide explains how to withdraw funds from Yellow to an external wallet.

Before You Start

Withdrawals can only be made from your Account Balance (Main Account).

If your funds are currently in your Trading Account, you must first transfer them back to your Account Balance before starting the withdrawal.

Important: You cannot withdraw directly from the Trading Account to an external wallet.

Step 1: Go to the Withdraw Page

Open the Assets page and click the “Withdraw” tab.

Step 2: Select the Asset and Network

Choose the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw and the network you want to use.

Warning: Make sure you select the correct asset and network before continuing. Withdrawing on the wrong network can result in a permanent loss of funds.

Step 3: Enter the Destination Address and Amount

Enter the destination address you want to withdraw to, then enter the amount you want to withdraw.

Review the withdrawal details carefully before continuing.

Important: Withdrawals can be sent to any external address. Always verify the destination address and network before confirming.

Step 4: Confirm the Withdrawal

Review the withdrawal details and click “Withdraw” to continue.

If you are using a wallet connection, you may be asked to approve the required wallet actions during the withdrawal flow.

Once confirmed, the withdrawal will be processed and sent to the destination address you entered. You can track its status onchain using the transaction hash provided.

Things to Keep in Mind

• withdrawals are made from your Account Balance

• if your funds are in your Trading Account, transfer them back first

• withdrawal network fees are paid from your Account Balance

• if there is not enough balance to cover the required network fee, the withdrawal may fail

My withdrawal hasn't arrived. What do I do?
