Quick Start

Learn the full Yellow trading journey, from signing in and funding your Account Balance to transferring funds for trading and withdrawing to an external address.

Step 1: Log In or Sign Up

To get started with Yellow, log in or create your account from the sign-in window.

You can connect using:

• Google

• MetaMask

• Phantom

• Rabby

• WalletConnect

Choose the option that works best for you and complete the login process.

Important: Always verify that you are signing in through the official Yellow interface.

Step 2: Deposit Funds to Your Account Balance

This process brings your assets onto the Yellow platform and makes them available in your Account Balance.

1. Choose your asset and network. On the deposit page, select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit and the corresponding blockchain network.

2. Copy your Yellow deposit address. A unique deposit address and QR code will be displayed for the selected asset and network.

3. Initiate the transfer from your external wallet or exchange. Paste the Yellow deposit address into the withdrawal field and carefully review all details before confirming.

4. Wait for onchain confirmation. The blockchain network will process and confirm the transaction. Confirmation time may vary depending on network conditions.

5. Funds appear in your Account Balance. Once confirmed, your assets will automatically appear in your Account Balance.

Important: Your Account Balance is your Yellow Wallet balance. Always make sure the selected asset and network match the sending wallet or exchange. Sending funds through the wrong network may result in permanent loss of assets.

Step 3: Transfer Funds to Your Trading Account

To make deposited funds available for trading, transfer them from your Account Balance to your Trading Account.

1. Open the Transfer section in the Yellow platform.

2. Enter the transfer details. Select the asset, specify the amount, and confirm the direction of transfer from Account Balance to Trading Account.

3. Confirm the transfer. Review the details and submit the transfer.

4. Funds become available for trading. Once completed, the assets will appear in your Trading Account and can be used in the market.

Important: The Transfer tab supports both directions: Account Balance → Trading Account and Trading Account → Account Balance.

Step 4: Place Your First Trade

Once your funds are in your Trading Account, you are ready to trade.

1. Select a market from the market list.

2. Choose an order type in the order form.

3. Enter price and amount for your trade.

4. Click “Buy” or “Sell” to place your order.

Your order will appear in Open Orders until it is filled or canceled.

Step 5: Withdraw Funds

To withdraw funds to an external wallet, you must use the reverse flow.

1. Transfer funds back to your Account Balance. Move the asset you want to withdraw from your Trading Account to your Account Balance using the Transfer tab.

2. Open the Withdraw section.

3. Enter the destination address. Withdrawals can be sent to any external address.

4. Select the asset, network, and amount you want to withdraw.

5. Confirm the withdrawal and wait for onchain processing.

Once processed, the funds will be sent to the destination address you entered.

Important: You cannot withdraw directly from your Trading Account. To withdraw externally, you must first transfer funds to your Account Balance, then complete the withdrawal from the Withdraw tab.

Security Note: Withdrawal fees are paid from your Account Balance. If there is not enough balance available to cover the required network fee, the withdrawal may fail.
