Troubleshooting
If something does not look right in Yellow, start with the section that matches the action you were trying to complete.
Deposits
My deposit is confirmed, but I do not see it
First, log out and sign in again.
In some cases, a processed deposit will not appear in the interface until you re-login.
My deposit still does not appear after re-login
If the deposit is confirmed onchain and still does not appear after re-login, contact Support and share Trading Account address, transaction hash, asset, amount and network.
Transfers
My funds are in Account Balance, but I cannot trade
If your funds are in Account Balance, you must transfer them to Trading Account before trading.
Use the Transfer tab and select:
Account Balance → Trading Account
My transfer back is still pending
If you transferred funds from Trading Account to Account Balance and the transfer is still pending, wait for the status to update.
If it remains pending longer than expected, contact Support and include asset, amount, your Trading Account address, transfer hash.
Important: Moving funds from Trading Account to Account Balance does not complete the withdrawal by itself. After that, you still need to use the Withdraw tab.
Withdrawals
My withdrawal is pending
Withdrawals can complete in a few seconds, but in some cases they can take up to 1 day. A withdrawal may stay pending because of processing conditions, retry timing, or platform limits.
If the status does not change for longer than expected, contact support and include the withdrawal details, as well as trading account address and transaction hash.
My withdrawal is delayed
A withdrawal may be delayed because of:
hourly limits
daily limits
retry timing
additional security verification
If an hourly limit is reached, the withdrawal may retry in about 1 hour. If a daily limit is reached, it may be retried the next day.
My withdrawal failed after multiple attempts
Repeated attempts can trigger additional security verification.
If this happens, stop retrying and contact Support.
Trading
My funds are stuck after a trade
If your available balance does not update correctly after a trade, part of your funds may remain temporarily unavailable. Refresh the page and check your trade history first. If the issue continues, contact Support with your Trading Account address, the asset, the amount, and a screenshot if possible.
